Kava Afghan Transportation and Logistics Services Company, since its establishment has always been emphasizing to address the weaknesses which usually causes projects of Afghan contractors not to be performed satisfactory for its clients. Thus, we have always been strengthening the core pillars which result to successful completion of projects and our client’s satisfaction. Prior to bidding on a project we assess and evaluate our asset and ability to see whether we have the efficient and qualified resources to start, sustain and complete the targeted project with success and satisfaction in a trouble-free manner or not (a contract might be signed, but managing a contract to a satisfactorily and successfully end matters for us)

We have set up best management system and have hired qualified, knowledgeable and experienced management personnel for both our office and projects’ sites having expertise to each related field of assignment (we believe that a good management can led a project to success), otherwise all resources will spent in the vain

We have sufficient assets and resources on hand to help us for smooth running of, such projects and prevent unsatisfactorily progress due to lack of assets (enough money to invest and enough quantity and quality equipment and tool).

On time, efficient and professional communication between Afghan contractors and international clients has always been issue during implementation of projects, therefore we have our personnel with ability to efficiently interact in h/her field of expertise and assignment with international clients (fluent in English Language).

GENERAL INFORMATION

Kava Afghan Transportation and Logistic Service Company (KATLS) is private company, established in 2006, basically as a national Transport for receiving of the International license had given 60 vehicles as deposit to the Government to obtain such valuable license. Since its successful inception mission and policy it developed in to a major Transport Company by entering in to prime contracts with Afghan Government Ministries, including Ministry of Education (MOE), Ministry of Rural Development (MRRD) Ministry of Agriculture and International Organizations such as: GERES, LUNA International, Care International, Independence Election Commission (IEC) and GDC, International Relief and Development AVIPA PLUS program (IRD), CTG Global, UNWFP, UNHAS, UNILO, UNDP-JHRA, UNDPASGP, UNDP LOTFA, UNDP SOUD, Us Army, Black Water, ACADIMI and Afghan Essential etc. clients.

KATLS is legally licensed and registered to operate in Afghanistan under the Afghan Investment Support Agency under license Number is D-53240. Our Afghanistan Tax Identification Number is 9001053033. KATLS also has a Ministry of Commerce and Industry Transportation license. KATLS has accomplished registered with the US Government contracting database www.sams.gov. Also a DUNS & BRADSREET which is 850541523, under NATO provision KATLS has obtained an NCAGE code which is SUB71.

KATLS is also a registered vendor with the US Government Joint contingency contracting system having vendor registration number 61177.

KATLS is owned by Mohammad Amin and Najmullah, both of respectful businessmen based in Kabul Afghanistan. KATLS has established a code of business conduct to ensure that our management and staff are operating under fair business practices. It is the goal of KATLS to insure on time, safe and secure delivery of goods to and for our clients.
