Prior to bidding on a project we assess and evaluate our asset and ability to see whether we have the efficient and qualified resources to start, sustain and complete the targeted project with success and satisfaction in a trouble-free manner or not (a contract might be signed, but managing a contract to a satisfactorily and successfully end matters for us)
We have set up best management system and have hired qualified, knowledgeable and experienced management personnel for both our office and projects’ sites having expertise to each related field of assignment (we believe that a good management can led a project to success), otherwise all resources will spent in the vain
We have sufficient assets and resources on hand to help us for smooth running of, such projects and prevent unsatisfactorily progress due to lack of assets (enough money to invest and enough quantity and quality equipment and tool).
On time, efficient and professional communication between Afghan contractors and international clients has always been issue during implementation of projects, therefore we have our personnel with ability to efficiently interact in h/her field of expertise and assignment with international clients (fluent in English Language).
Having expertise and efficient experience in each specific field of assignment of our employees is much valued in our company and plays the main role of employment of our personnel to prevent ANY failure of our staff due to lack of expertise and experience (we don’t want to experience newly, we have the experience to smoothly perform the assigned job).
